After every attempt
The driver records the outcome, reviews COD and sees a 30-day summary.
A clear action at every stop
The driver sees confirmed shipments in an ordered route. When the driver heads to the next stop, that customer can follow the trip for their order, while the driver reviews the confirmed address, latest note and amount due before recording the outcome.
Confirm the destination before the route loses time
OSTOOLAK retains the original order location and can provide a secure customer confirmation flow. A changed address never erases the prior record, preserving operational context.
